This privacy policy applies to the Eloquence app (the "Application") created by Bahrican Yeşil (the "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. The Application is provided "AS IS".

Eloquence is an AI-powered ritualized learning companion designed to help advanced foreign language learners achieve native mastery through Socratic dialogue and emotional reflection.

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information to provide its core functionality, which involves real-time AI interaction and progress tracking. This includes:

• Voice and Audio Data: During "The Reflection" and "The Symposium" sessions, the Application captures audio for processing by AI models to facilitate real-time voice-to-voice interaction.
• Transcript Data: AI-generated transcripts of your conversations are used to create blog posts, diary entries, and vocabulary corrections.
• Personal Reflections & Mood: Narratives of your day and self-reported mood scores (1-10) are stored to maintain your private diary and track emotional trends.
• Educational Progress: Data on vocabulary usage (e.g., C1/C2 level words), session participation, and goals are collected to provide "The Native Bridge" learning metrics.
• Onboarding Data: Your current language level and specific learning goals provided during setup.

This information is used to:

• Provide the real-time Socratic Coach and Empathetic Therapist personas.
• Refactor your language from functional to native-level mastery.
• Generate personalized content like automated blog posts and diary entries.
• Deliver periodic notifications for ritual consistency.

AI Processing & Third-Party Services

Eloquence leverages advanced AI models for its core features. Your inputs (voice and text) are processed by AI models to generate responses and content.

The Application also uses the following third-party services for infrastructure and operations:

• Google Gemini API - For AI logic and multimodal processing.
• Google Analytics for Firebase - To analyze usage patterns.
• Firebase Crashlytics - To monitor app stability.
• RevenueCat - To manage premium subscriptions.

Data Disclosure

The Service Provider may disclose information:

• When required by law or to comply with legal processes.
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public.
• To trusted service providers who work on our behalf and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

Opt-Out and Data Deletion

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may also request the deletion of your account and all associated data (transcripts, diary entries, and metrics) at any time.

Data Retention

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

Security

We prioritize the security of your reflections and transcripts. We implement reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the confidentiality of your information. However, please be aware that no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

Account Deletion & Data Removal

Eloquence provides a straightforward way for you to manage your data:

• In-App Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the Settings menu of the Application. This process is instant and permanent.
• Manual Request: If you are unable to access the Application (e.g., you have already uninstalled it) and wish to have your data removed, you may contact us:
